Program Objective
To develop as an Academy, to have a game identity and see each individual progress, while achieving positive results.

Specific Objectives
1.Ball control with every area of the foot.
2. Ball control with the chest, head and legs.
3. Learn how to pass the ball efficiently and effectively.
4.Play with the head up while having a good peripheral view of the field.
5. Learn how to dribble and run with the ball, in order to gain an advantage.
6. Understand different positions on the field and their responsibility.

Programs Training Format:
Development Program:
Ages 5-8 years old
Have fun, meet new friends and learn basic football skills..
Training will consist of 2 practices per week.
Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm.
Saturday games: 9:00 am-10:00 am
10 minute warm-up, individual basic skills,
5 mins water break
15 mins game.
5 mins water break.
20 minute game.
5 min wrap up
Competitive Program:
Ages 9-12 years old
This program will focus on the technical aspects of the game, such as passing, receiving, dribbling, shooting and running with the ball.
Training will consist of 2 practices per week.
Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:00 pm- 6:15 pm.
Saturday games: 10:00 am – 11:00 am
10 minutes warm up.
5 min water break.
20 min Individual technical development.
5 min water break.
30 min game.
5 min wrap up
High Performance Program:
Ages 13-15 years old
This program will focus on developing the technical, tactical, physical and psychological and social aspects of the game. Moreover, it’s geared to prepare players for National Youth Teams, Professional Youth Academies and US and Canadian colleges and university scholarships.
Training will be conducted 3 practices per week.
Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm.
Saturday games: 11;00 am – 12:30 pm
10 min warm up.
5 min water break
15 min Individual technical development.
5 min water break.
15 min Small group technical or tactical topic.
5 min water break.
30 min game.
5 min Wrap up
