I have known Coach Barry for 10 years; I had the opportunity to work together with Barry in the Barca Academy Toronto. Barry has brought added value to the academy through his work and attitude towards it. Very professional, respectful, ready to help and always on time.

His football knowledge is extensive and he knows how to transfer it to the young players and fellow coaches. He is very detailed when we talk about youth development and that is where hie players get a lot of quality information that they can use in training and games.

I had the privilege of coaching along Barry last year with the U13 Ontario Player Development League boys, and i can confidently say he is an outstanding coach. Barry.s deep knowledge of the game, coupled with hie strategic insights, greatly benefited each players development in their first year pf OPDL.

What stood out most was Barry’s commitment to player development, both in terms of skill and character. He is not just focused on winning but instilling values like discipline, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
